Hiubet Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Hiubet (https://hiubet.ws) is an international online betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and across various Asian countries. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Hiubet and its users.

By registering on the Hiubet platform, logging in, or using our services in any way, you are fully agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms were prepared in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any linguistic dispute, the English version shall prevail. It is each user's responsibility to comply with Hiubet's Terms & Conditions.

To open an account with Hiubet, you must be 18 years of age or older. All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and address — must be accurate and up to date.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be suspended.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials strictly confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Hiubet Support immediately.
• Accounts cannot be opened in the name of a corporate or business entity.

Hiubet reserves the right to reject any registration application at any time without providing a reason. We recommend logging in regularly to keep your account active — accounts inactive for 12 months may be flagged as sleeping accounts.

Hiubet complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. We verify user identities to ensure a safe and transparent environment.

KYC verification may be required in the following circumstances:

• On your first withdrawal
• For withdrawals above a certain amount (generally ৳20,000 or more)
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account
• Suspected bonus abuse

KYC verification typically requires the following:

• Clear copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
• User selfie photo
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event before a match begins (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

Hiubet supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Payment rules are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300, and the maximum varies depending on the payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• To prevent money laundering, Hiubet reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.

Hiubet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own service charges, which are the user's responsibility.

Hiubet regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply to the use of these bonuses:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once — claiming the same bonus more than once is not permitted.
• Using multiple accounts, VPNs, or proxies to collect bonuses will result in account termination.
• Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hiubet and may result in permanent account closure:

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Harassing or defrauding other users

Users may request account closure at any time. Once Hiubet Support is contacted, the process will be completed within 48 hours.

Hiubet may close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of These Terms
• If the information provided is false or incomplete
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• Extended period of account inactivity

Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of account closure is generally refunded, though this does not apply in cases of fraud.

Hiubet is not liable for betting outcomes or any financial losses related to betting. All bets are placed entirely at the user's own discretion and risk.

• Hiubet is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues or device malfunctions.
• Hiubet is not responsible for delays caused by issues with third-party payment systems.
• Hiubet reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds or information resulting from a technical error.

Hiubet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified via email or through the platform before changes take effect.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
